Chickenpox is a very contagious childhood disease with self-limited course. It most common in children up to 10 years old, but can infect person at any age. Varicella presents itchy pseudo-polymorphic rash (macula, papula, vesicle, crust) and mild intoxication syndrome. The benign uncomplicated general, complications occur regardless of immune status concomitant diseases. Neurological respiratory are among the complications. In patients described this article, we observe secondary bacterial superinfection (pyoderma phlegmon).
